What brought you to the French Riviera? How long have you been here?

I had been working in the alps and was hankering for some warm weather

Could you tell us about your professional career? What do or did you do for work?

I have almost always been in the hospitality industry but here I have been in real estate. I am currently working as a property manager along with seasonal rentals and cabin crew for an airline

What does the company that you work for do?

Real estate, relocation and airline company

Why did you decide to start your own business?

It started during the lock down. Feeling stuck and isolated so reaching out for new adventures.

What would be your best advice to others thinking about living or working on the French Riviera?

Learn how to speak French fluently.

Since when do you live on the French Riviera?

Since 10 years!

Where are you originally from?

I’m originally from Sweden.

What is your favourite wine?

Côte du Rhône and Côte de Provence.

What is your favourite spot on the French Riviera?

By the sea or in the mountains.

What French word, expression or sentence do you find very difficult to pronounce?

Ça fait un bail.

What else would you like to share with the reader?

Adopt the French lifestyle. It’s really worth it!
