Explanation and identity

In this Privacy Policy the words “We”, “Us”, “Our” and “Ours” refer to the trade name Business Club Côte d’Azur and registered with the French Chamber of Commerce under registration number 885 253 393 and having an address of 1809 Avenue Rhin et Danube, 06140 Vence, France (“Business Club Côte d’Azur”).

Comments

So far, we don’t have the possibility to leave a comment but in case you would leave a comment we will store your comment of course and collect your IP address and which browser you used in order to help detect spam.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service, if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/.

After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to our website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Other people could download and extract any location data from those images, so just try to avoid that.

Nobody because why should we share or sell your information. However big brother Google is always watching but that does not include your personal information only your IP address and webbrowser to determine from where and what type of device you are visiting our website.

How long we retain your data

Only as long as necessary, meaning:

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata will be stored indefinitely.

If you register on our website, we also store the personal information you provide in your user profile as long as you have this account. You can always see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (except you cannot change your username). Website administrators can also see and edit your information.
