We reserve the right to refuse your membership at any time if we suspect or have reason to believe that something is wrong. In the case of a membership refusal, you will receive a refund for the unused period.

Membership Payments, automatic renewal and refunds

The membership fee is invoiced and charged in advance according to the chosen billing period; monthly, yearly or once.

Your membership will be automatically renewed. And the same card will be charged until you cancel it.

Seven days before the renewal you will receive an email reminder from Stripe. This is to remind you about the upcoming automatic renewal and charge.

You can stop and cancel the automatic renewal of your membership any time but you must take action yourself. A) online on Stripe (click here), B) by using the links in the reminder email sent by Stripe or C) by sending us an email (click here) with the request to cancel your membership.

Once your membership is renewed, we will not refund any payments made.

If we believe that it’s better to change the date of an event, we can. Most likely this will only happen when the weather is really bad and it was meant as an outdoor event. Or when there is a serious health risk.

During the events we ask you to respect and follow the specific instructions, if there are any.

Unfortunately we have to say it, we reserve the right to refuse entry to an event. For example if you have not claimed or bought a ticket, ignore the instructions or behave in an unacceptable way.

Also you are responsible for getting home safely. Meaning that you don’t drink too much and just call a taxi!

Event Ticket Payments and refunds

All event tickets are paid in advance through our online ticketing platform, Eventbrite. You can cancel upon 72 hours prior to the event and receive a refund minus the Eventbrite handling fee, approximately €1 – €1.50 including taxes.

Within 72 hours before the event we can’t accept refunds. However you could send us an email if you wish to transfer your ticket to someone else.

Photos and videos

During the events we will make photos and sometimes also videos. We will use them on our website and social media platforms. Such as Facebook, YouTube and Instagram.

Attending our events means you accept our terms & conditions and will automatically give us the rights to do this. If you don’t want to be included, let us know before the event starts and we will of course respect your request without asking questions!
